Good blend, watch out for the caffeine
It’s got a lot of good pre-workout ingredients, but unfortunately I think the caffeine is what does the most. It definitely helps me work harder! But the tradeoff is I have trouble falling asleep since I work out in the evening.

Good Peach Mango Pre-Workout
The peach mango pre-workout flavor tastes great. It provides me with a good energy boost without the crash, helping with both focus and endurance during my gym workouts. The flavor is on point, it’s refreshing and not overly sweet, with a nice balance of peach and mango. It mixes easily with water, and there’s no gritty texture or aftertaste.Overall, this pre-workout delivers on energy, performance, and focus while tasting great. For the price, it is fair and sits at a competitive price range.

Great energy drink powder, exactly what I need in my life!
This powder checks ALL my boxes:* tastes great. No chemically taste, no Red Bull taste. I used to think it’s the taurine that gives Red Bull its weird distinctive flavor, but this is full of taurine and still doesn’t taste like Red Bull, so I guess it’s not the taurine’s fault?* interesting flavor. Love that they offer a peach mango flavor – two of my favorite fruits – not just the boring lemon/raspberry/grape most other brands have.* as a powder, saves a TON of space and weight compared to the equivalent – 30 big honking cans of energy drinks that are 99.9999% water* has ALL the good stuff in energy drinks – caffeine, taurine, other unpronounceables. And all in generous amounts.* as a powder, lets me control how much of the aforementioned good stuff I want, so I don’t have to commit to a whole can and feel pressured to chug it ASAP before it goes flat and wind up over-caffeinated* way cheaper per serving than the equivalent in energy drink cans/coffee, especially considering the generous amounts of stimulants per serving* as a powder, makes it easy to mix in other powdered supplements like creatine, protein, vitamins, etc, to create my own convenient custom mixes* dissolves easily* not just for sports and workouts. This couch potato drinks it to help her get stuff done on her laptop from her couch. It’s working great for that. Proof: she’s getting this review done!Tl;dr: 5/5 stars. Please sell this in a bigger, cheaper-by-the-ounce version, like maybe a 25-pound sack? I never want to be without this in my life again.

Proceed With Caution
I often fix myself an energy drink pre workout for that boost of energy. I haven’t heard of this brand before but decided to try it. All you need is one scoop in water. The first time I took this was on an empty stomach in the morning and I think that was a big mistake. After around 15 minutes I felt this surge of heat coursing through my body with some itching sensation on my skin. I looked in the mirror and my face was very red and I had more red patches on my torso and arms! I had to wait for it to die down before hitting the gym. I thought maybe I had an allergic reaction. I did go to the gym eventually and I felt I had an energy boost so it did work. After a couple of days I decided to try it again, and I had eaten breakfast beforehand and I reduced the amount of powder to half a scoop. This time I was fine with no itching or redness, and I felt pretty good in the gym. I was definitely able to push myself a little more than usual, especially weights. The flavor is pleasant and I liked that it wasn’t as sour as other brands I have tried. This also didn’t leave an unpleasant aftertaste. I recommend but would advise on lowering the amount to begin with and increasing gradually if needed.

Not super effective, but really good taste
Some days I feel slow and I need something to get me going at the gym. Pre workout has always been my go to when I’m in a pinch and need something to fuel my workouts. The flavor is definitely my favorite part about this pre workout mix. The taste is exactly like those peach gummy rings you would buy at your connivence store. My workouts have been better when using this product giving me a bit of boost during my workouts. The only issue I had with it is that I feel like it wasn’t too effective and didn’t give me enough of a boost at the gym and other supplements worked better.

Big boost
All positive for me. I don’t know exactly how all the different ingredients work, but whatever blend this one is using is a crazy wake up and boost. It gets things going so much that if you don’t start exercising, it feels like your body starts to punish you—getting hot, slight tremors, etc.It dissolves well and taste great. Overall the quality has been great and quite suprised at how stimulating this has been.

Nice energy kick and taste
The taste of the mix is pretty good, I’m not generally a fan of artificial sugars (in this case sucralsose) especially when I can taste it, but in the drink I cannot taste a pronounced artificial taste. The taste of the drink is a peachy sour puckering taste with a sweet note. It does have a bit of saltiness, but the balance is fine with the sweet and sour. The drink gives an energy buzz for sure. Maybe good to listen to the instructions not take too much at once.I would have liked to see an explicit country of origin for the ingredients and also country of manufacturing. I like to know this about things I consume. I had to look up the parent company VMI sports and they do say always produced in US which is reassuring. I still would prefer to see what is the origin of the ingredients in the future. My opinion it is could add up in cost for daily use depending how much you want to spend on workout drink, but I think that may be relative since it is cheaper than buying energy drinks per unit serving.
