Easy To Take
I’ve been taking milk thistle pills for liver health for a few months now. I like taking this liquid form better for two reasons. First, it’s easier to take. I drop it in a glass of water and chug it. I already take a bunch of pills, so having to take one less pills is a plus for me. Second, more of the supplement gets absorbed into your body, not to mention it also gets absorbed quicker.There is a slight taste, but it’s not terrible. I dilute the liquid in a cup of water, so I don’t notice the taste. There’s also a very, faint smell, but again, not horrible. It didn’t upset my stomach. The recommended dose is 2ml a day, preferably with a meal. One bottle is supposed to last 30 days.It’s a little difficult to fill the dropper to the 1ml mark, but not a real issue. Other than that, product is great.

As with all of these supplemental products, it’s somewhat hard to say that they’re working or having intended results, so I’ll address the other features. Our veterinarian and I haven’t noticed any issues, and the cats take this with ease when mixed with extra fishy wet food. I’ll admit, the smell of this product is strong but it reminds me of liquid vitamins we used to take as kids. The jar is a standard dropper type with easy to use dropper top. I quite like adding this product to the fur kids’ food because it feels like I’m helping their kidneys, especially as two are seniors and thus, more prone to kidney disease. My opinion? You can’t really go wrong here. I’ve been using products like this the last 2 years and have seen healthy bloodwork come back, so I’m hoping it’s doing the trick.

Good liver detox
I did dry January this past month and used this to help detox my hard-working liver. It’s always hard to tell if a supplement works when it’s combined with something behavioral that will have a much bigger impact, like not drinking for a month, but taken both together, this and that definitely made a positive impact in my sleep any energy levels. I definitely FEEL detoxed! Product tastes good, makes your water a really fun color (put it in a clear water bottle and go around sipping it to make people wonder, it’s fun!) Appears to be a high quality supplement.

You get two bottles of milk thistle. The taste is good. I have had my liver enzymes tested after taking this and there has been some improvement. I love that it’s a liquid because it is easier to swallow.
