The best potent B12 I’ve used
I’ve had B12 deficiency for almost a decade now. I have methylation issues and tend to use plant based products, as B12 injections make me feel worse, and many have methylation disrupting ingredients.This is the best tasting and most absorbable B12 oral solution I’ve used. I recently needed to bring up prenatal platelets quickly, due to past history of B12 deficiency and heart failure, and at double the daily dose, plus holding sublingually for up to a minute, I got normal lab work within 4 weeks.I love all Global Healing products for their natural and vegan ingredients, and so far all have been potent and worked well. This is my favorite of all because it helps with energy and fatigue!

Product is good, dropper is not…
I do think that I feel better taking this. My only complaint is that the dropper used to have black markings on it, so that you could see the level of the red liquid against it. Now the markings on the dropper are red, and you can’t see them against the red product. PLEASE bring back the black markings on the dropper so that I can see if I’m at the right level of product…or not. Thanks!

Makes a difference
Sometimes it’s hard to tell whether or not a supplement makes a difference. Until you stop taking it, which is what happened with this liquid B12. I forgot to reorder it.After about a week of not using it, I noticed my ‘battery pack’ was low. Mentally I went through a list of ‘could it be this.. could it be that’; that’s when I realized I’d run out of this… Which was a lightbulb moment. At least for me, it makes a difference in terms of energy.I’ve taken supplements for years. Amuses me to hear people say supplements are ineffective, because, without magnesium (oxide, specifically), I wouldn’t be regular. Without B vitamins, I’d have much lower energy. I even put my cat on a probiotic that made a big difference. My dog lost half her body weight in a short period of time for what turned out to be completely resolved by putting her on enzymes.Since I’ve taken supplements for years, and see ND’s exclusively, I’ve learned to look for supplements that are manufactured from a company with a good reputation, and used by most ND’s (e.g., Pure Encapsulations; Thorne), have good bioavailability and contain no fillers. Which is why I bought this B12.It has everything I look for in a B12: liquid, activated (methylated form, which is important in B12), organic and has no added fillers or sugar. In short, I highly recommend this. It’s more expensive than something you can pick up at Costco, but take a minute to read the ingredients of what you get there.
