These softgels are not soft. I pierce a softgel and and squeeze the contents onto my dog’s food. Definitely NOT able to do that with these.

En México no se consiguen este tipo de vitamina E que es natural. Venden pura artificial y por lo tanto son económicas pero no tienen los mismos efectos en el cuerpo. Mi ginecólogo me las receta tres veces por año (tomarlas un mes y descansarlas tres meses) las tomo por fibrosis quistica mamaria y a pesar que esta marca la he tomado una semana me está gustando. Si la recomiendo, si esta marca se les hace cara solo traten de tomar de origen natural que viene como D-Alfa por qué la de origen sintético no les servirá bien que viene como DL-alfa.
