Competitively priced.
Costing twice as much as the brand that I am currently using, these seemed to be a little on the pricey side.However, I discovered there are twice as many servings in this bottle, so that put’s them even on the cost.These capsules list quite a few more ingredients than my current brand does, and some of the ingredients are not included in any of my other vitamins and supplements.Prostate issues run in my family, so I feel this product is important for my long term health.

Nice combination of ingredients, but questionable daily values
These capsules are a bit smaller than the typical capsule, so they’re easy to swallow. They have a good combination of ingredients. I read that a dosage of saw palmetto between 160 and 320mg is recommended so the dosage here is good. Some of the daily value percentages on the product label are highly questionable, so I don’t have a high level of trust about the ingredients. For example, I’m pretty sure there are no Daily Values defined for cranberry, pygeum africanmum bark, pumpkin seed extract and maybe some other ingredients. So where do those numbers and the corresponding percentages even come from? And the recommended daily dose of fiber is 25 to 30 grams, so how does the 200mg in these pills give you 80% of the daily value?

Here are some key points in my overall experience with this product:- medium sized capsules, easy to take (take one at a time if you have a hard time swallowing pills)- 2 capsules per serving, 60 day/2 month supply- no aftertaste- contains approximately 12 different types of beneficial ingredients for prostate health- contains some fillers/additives- not a vegan/vegetarian friendly capsule (gelatin)- overall good product

Well Balanced
This is a well balanced prostate / zinc supplement. It has a highly absorbable form of zinc, as well as a balanced amount of copper. When taking zinc, it’s easy to develop a copper deficiency, so it’s nice to see that this supplement takes that into consideration.Other similar supplements may have more of a particular ingredient, but when you take more than you need of one ingredient, it can cause issues in other areas. This is a well balanced, highly absorbable, and high quality supplement.

Very good ingredients for men’s health
The ingredients in this capsule are thought to helpkeep the prostate healthy. The capsules are not too difficult toswallow, just a mouthful of water and boom down they go.Some prostate capsules sometimes feel as though they getstuck for a second in my throat, not these.There is really no taste.I have encountered any negative issues with these capsules.Glad I got them.

1000 mg of ingredients along with saw palmetto
I like the ingredients in these capsules–you get a fair dose of saw palmetto, plus cranberry, a number of other vitamins and supplements, and almost a day’s worth of fiber. Be aware that the “1000 mg” in the advertisement refers to the total blend, not just the saw palmetto; they allegedly contain 232 mg of that ingredient specifically. But for the variety of supplements and a 60-day supply at that, it is a pretty good deal on a wide-ranging prostate aid.

These supplements have great ingredients. The capsules are easy to swallow as well.Overall, very happy with these supplements.
