Just what i needed
I drive an expedite van for a living, that said, I try not to have carbs during long trips so as not to get sleepy. This results in two things, excessive urination and severe muscle cramping. Taking these (i take one at a time) throughout the day, has helped me A LOT! I space them out so I don’t get swollen and stay hydrated. I have tried many types of hydrating powders and pills, and these seem to work best for me. And they don’t break the bank!

Fantastic for leg cramps
I was having tons of leg cramps after months on keto so my doctor recommended electrolyte pills. I started these 4x a day. Now I’m down to 2x a day and having only 2 cramps a day and 1-3 nighttime cramps a week. I love these. To be clear I didn’t buy them because they said Keto, I chose these pills because they had the highest concentrations of electrolytes I was looking for. But yes, the label is pretty. My only complaint is that several of my pills have busted open. They have cracks in the capsule casing. No idea what is up with that. They were safe in a hard sided, air tight container.

I’ve ordered this product multiple times, I see some negative reviews and I’m sorry about quality issues, I’ve seen this with other products as well. The capsule itself is very thin, makes it easy to swallow. I’ve used this in keto diet as needed, I let my body tell me instead of taking it scheduled. My husband will get leg cramps and this is pure magic. Also, my husband is diabetic and when he works on our land, he can get nauseous and he takes this and for some reason it does the trick. Since this product works so well, I love the ingredients and I will continue to take it,

Don’t usually write reviews but these tablets actually work. Have been on low carb diets before and have felt shocking come day 3 with headaches, feeling sick and fatigue. I thought I would try these as I wanted to try the Keto diet. Sure enough they have worked for me. No headaches or feeling sick and I have been on the Keto diet for just over a week now feeling good. Well worth the money in my opinion as Keto flu is not nice and in the past I have given up as I can’t handle the symptoms.
