This is a super easy way to incorporate b vitamins into your diet. The taste is not my favorite, but I personally have never been a fan of fruit punch flavored things. It’s very sweet to hide the vitamin-y taste, and it’s honestly a little much if you just take it sublingually. I know that is better for absorption but it wasn’t a great way to start my day so I just started throwing it into my smoothies and now I love it! The sweetness adds a nice touch to my protein shakes and it’s the perfect supplement to boost my energy levels in the morning. The dropper itself is easy to use and marked with easy to see measurements, and for the amount of servings you get, I think this is fairly priced. Overall, if you don’t like swallowing your supplements, I’d recommend trying this out!

Tastes terrible
I take half a B-complex vitamin every day (1 is too much, but if I stop my doctor tells me I need to supplement). They’re kind of sharp and can disintegrate and get stuck in my throat… so a liquid supplement could be ideal.First, the taste… full disclosure: I have been called a “super-taster” by many people, so my palette may be more sensitive than a lot of people’s. When I first smelled this product in the bottle, I initially smelled fruit punch with a note of something medicinal/chemically. I didn’t initially take a full dose, just put a couple of drops under my tongue to test it. Again, first blush was the taste of fruit punch, rapidly followed by something sharp that I can only describe as an overwhelming cross between burning rubber and burning hair. Reminds me of pyridine… maybe an amine scent. Oof. Bad. And a full dose is 2mL. I knew I wouldn’t be able to take this sublingually.Next, I put about 0.5mL into my remaining coffee and swirled it. At first it seemed to work, but the vitamin product must’ve been dense and sat mostly at the bottom… because once I got to a place where I could taste it, the smell (now so much worse) wafted out of my cup and I nearly gagged. I do plan to try again when I get some juice… but I haven’t gotten around to it yet.Because I know about my sensory sensitivities, I asked my partner to both smell and taste it blind. He said it smelled like fruit punch… and tasted like fruit punch. I was so surprised, I made him try a larger quantity on his tongue to be sure. Still, he just said: fruit punch, nothing else. So, as far as taste… consider your own palette history first.I was a little disappointed in the composition of the B-Vitamin liquid. All the B’s are water soluble, so I’m less concerned about the excess and more questioning about the ratios. But people have different needs, as well as tastes!

First off this bottle is huge. It contains 120 servings so should last you 4 months if taken daily. If that ends up being the case, then the price is reasonable. I haven’t taken it straight from the dropper. After reading the mixed reviews, I was worried the taste would make me gag, so I mix it in juice or a smoothie and that has worked out well. As with most B complex vitamins, it does help with my energy levels without needing to turn to caffeine and I don’t feel as tired throughout the day. I’m not certain if I am getting the proper amount because the dropper is tricky without markings on it and difficult to fill. I just do my best guesstimate. I don’t worry if I go over slightly because your body will flush out any excess. Good product, nice to not have to think about purchasing every month.

Not the best taste
While I feel like I have more energy when I take this, it does not have the most pleasant taste. It also leaves a bad aftertaste in my mouth after taking. It goes away after I drink something, but a better taste would be great.
