Seem to be of good Quality!
These Capsules seems to help improve my sleep and energy level since taking them. On my last blood test my doctor said that my magnesium levels were extremely low, due to some other meds that I am taking that effect magnesium retention in the body. So he prescribed a supplement and I have been taking this also as it’s a complex it has all forms of magnesium and I figured it couldn’t hurt. I have noticed no stomach upset and I also find them easy to take, sometimes capsules seem to stick in my mouth or throat, and these seem to be much better than most at not doing that. Although I have no way to check until my next blood test, I do feel they are effective, due to the improved sleep and increase in energy.

i ordered these for the benefits of several of these supplements, happy to try them knowing that they claim to be made in the U.S., certified to be manufactured under good practices, and 3rd party lab verified, as well as certified to be cleared for any heavy metals.There are 16 supplements in each capsule, many of them supplements I was already taking, so I’m able to reduce the number of capsules I’m taking each day. These are helpful, and do not upset my stomach, and I have had no other adverse affects. I plan to continue taking these, and fully recommend.

WiiFiit Milk Thistle complex
I got this for the milk thistle, but it has a multitude of other herbs as well. I used to take milk thistle years ago and recalled good things about it. However, I did not check on the potential interactions with my current meds before ordering it or read up on it at all until after taking one capsule two days in a row. If I had, I probably would have passed on this.There are cautions against using milk thistle along with medications for high cholesterol, although for the one I’m taking it may or may not interact. Depends on the study referenced.But the more immediate effect that really clinches it for me is that milk thistle can cause headaches in some people and I am already prone to headaches. And the one I have now started sometime yesterday, so that last capsule I took this morning is my last one.But I can’t fault the product because I didn’t do my homework before taking it. My bad.There are many positives about this product:The capsules are easy to swallow with sufficient water, have little no noticable taste or aftertaste. The packaging and label includes almost everything I look for in a product I might ingest, such as: ingredients list; manufacture and expiration dates; instructions for use; cautions; GMP seal; 3rd party lab certified (that’s a biggy for me). The only thing missing is contact information. And perhaps a little more specificity in the warnings.Value-wise, at today’s price and with the 20% off coupon (at time of review), I’d say this is a fair deal for a 30 day supply. I had planned to take only take 1 capsule though, so for me, it would have been 2 months, in which case, an even better deal.

Great supplement
NAC has a variety of potential health benefits including boosting immune system and overall brain health . I take several supplements including Sea Moss, Ashwagandha, a Mushroom Complex, Fish Oil, Glucosamine, Magnesium Glysinate, and Vitamin B12. So it’s a bit hard to tell what is doing what. But, I can say that since I started taking this NAC (I had gone a few months between bottles), my overall sense of well being, energy levels, alertness, and focus have jumped up. I stopped drinking energy drinks recently, but I haven’t felt like I have needed them. I have all the energy I need from these supplements. I’m sure milage will vary depending on the person, but I am happy with these.

Just started taking these and I’ll really happy with the ingredient potency and blend. It’s a tasteless, odorless and easy to swallow pill. Very good price for the ingredients and amount you get of each. These ingredients are great for my knees and I do feel the effects after days of taking. 5 stars!

No noticeable effects
I’ve been taking Wiifiit Magnesium Complex supplement for a while now. It is a 6-in-1 Magnesium supplement containing Glycinate, Magnesium Oxide, Magnesium Malate, Magnesium Citrate, plus Vitamin B Complex and Zinc. It’s supposed to help with relaxation and overall health, which sounded great to me.But to be honest, I haven’t felt any noticeable changes since I started using it. No magical calm vibes or bursts of energy that I can point to from the capsules. That said, I still take it daily. I figure it’s one of those things that might be working quietly in the background, doing its thing even if I don’t feel it right away.It’s also nice knowing I’m covering some of my nutritional bases with this blend, so I like sticking with it for that peace of mind. Who knows? Maybe it’s one of those “long game” supplements that’ll show its benefits the longer I use it. For now, I’m giving it time to see if anything changes!
