I researched the vitamin E and made a selection with Blue Bonnet on what I thought was the best quality. It’s a little pricy but worth it. Based on the good results with the Vit. E, I decided to start buying their Cal/Mag. It was a good decision. I’m now looking at their Vit. D-3. Good Quality !!
