I took this to help with my digestion and immune systems. It seems to have helped my digestion and immunity, however I’m not sure about the other claims it makes to improve heart health and energy levels.I liked the amount you get in 1 bottle! Almost 4 months worth of the product in one bottle, so it’s worth it to pay a little bit more for the bottle, in my opinion.Directions say to take 2 capsules a day for best results. They did taste a little bit “herby” and the capsules were small and easy to swallow. I took it with meals and without meals, but I never got an upset stomach or nasty burbs.Make sure to speak with your Dr. or pharmacist if you have any health issues, are taking any medication or you have any questions related to this product’s safe consumption with other medications you take. As every person is different, this may or may not give you the same results; I would advise to do your own research and come to your own conclusions about this items efficacy.

They don’t use marketing math to show stronger strength than what the ingredients contains
I’ve been taking a variety of supplements from various brands and I appreciate that this new company to me doesn’t play with marketing numbers by saying that because it’s an extract instead of getting 500mg, you are really getting 10,000mg in the product description nor in the ingredients list. When they do show the equivalent strength ratio, they still show the actual amount that you get in this case is 500mg of Gymnema Slyvestre. I’ve used the other ingredients that’s shown in the digestion and immune support and Gymenma Slyvestre seems like another supplement to help with the body. It’s shown to be made in USA and in a GMP facility. I just wish Satoomi would post the 3rd party lab test in the product page to show that they are a reputable company. I’ve not felt any negative issues with this product so will continue to use to see how effective it is.

Easy ingredients to read
I wanted to get something that would help with my immune system in this seems to be a great choice for me. The pills are easy to swallow, since they float in the water. You only need to take two pills a day and they do not have a aftertaste when you take them. Hopefully, this will help my immune system become stronger in the future, because I love that all the ingredients I can read clearly since this is all natural.
