I’ve only been taking these for 3 nights (2 at bedtime) but I feel a difference! They help my muscles relax for sleep, and I’ve been waking up feeling more rested and less stiff than usual in the mornings. I wake up every single night between 1-3am needing to use the bathroom, but noticed this didn’t happen when taking the magnesium. I’m not sure if it’s just because I’m sleeping so good or what, but I definitely like these a lot so far!

Very deceptive
I rate this as much lower than a 1 star! This company describes this magnesium as glycinate all the way through the description. Never mentioning that it is combined with oxide, the worst and cheapest form of magnesium. After my more careful reading of what’s really in this, to my horror, in the ingredient list oxide is there. I couldn’t believe my eyes. How did I not see it?? It was somehow easy to not notice due to everything else in the description only mentioning glycinate. Of course, I read the ingredients but was blind to see the oxide, which I realize now was without a doubt, intentional! GREED Oxide was the most important ingredient in a magnesium I was needing to avoid. I have been buying this on subscription for over a year, giving it to my son who suffers from digestive issues. I am so upset because I have been doing everything I know to do with lots of research to get to the bottom of my sons suffering. We have had every test we can have done. Under doctors care, adding other organic supplements along with changing his diet, completely gluten-free, all pure organic, omitted sugar, even getting out of our home other toxins that could be adding to his health problems like the dishes we eat off of and cooking vessels, our laundry and dish soap, our body soaps and shampoos, etc. Magnesium is supposed to be crucial as a supplement people need for absorption of most other nutrients, especially since not only our food supply is poison but practically everything else is also. I fed this to my son for over a year😭😡 His health has not improved and over this past year, he lost 40 lbs unintentionally and did NOT need to loose a single pound. He was 18 when starting this, 6ft 2in , weighing195 of pure muscle. Now he’s 160 lbs and rarely feels good. I’m thankful I discovered the oxide now to change over to a different one but its been a heart-wrenching lesson to learn. How ironic that his weight loss has been since he started this supplement It may not be all to blame but I’m leaning toward believing it played a major role on my son not getting any better. Never beore have I realized how vital it is to be our own physician, for the most part, and our own gaurd dog combined with eagle vision for the welfare of our health.
