Lowered my cholesterol by 70 points in less than a year!!
Wasn’t sure it these would help, but I cannot tolerate statin meds, so this was better than nothing! I can’t believe my cholesterol dropped from 320 to 250 in a year. Will obviously be continuing with these on a daily basis!

Fish oil with coenzyme q10
These seem to be a really good fish oil supplement. My only issue is that the Coenzyme q10 in it is the less absorbable form. Ubiquinol, from what I read, would have been a better option.
