Great for picky kids
My 6 year old is extremely picky and eats little to no dairy, so we have cycled through several calcium supplements. This one doesn’t have that traditional chalky taste nor is it covered in sugar to try to increase the appeal. He eats it with zero complaints!

My husband was waking up nightly with agonizing Charlie horses, sometimes multiple times a night. I love him, and I love not waking up to him screaming in lowercase, so after some research on what supplements had an acceptable dosing of magnesium, potassium, zinc, D, etc in a gummy form (because he, like a child, is less likely to swallow a large pill every evening) – I found these. Immediately his leg cramps stopped.Now I just need to find a supplement that stops our toddler from crawling into our bed in the middle of the night, so that I can also sleep better.

Great taste
I ordered these gummies when my son broke his arm, and the Orthopedic doctor said he needed to drink extra milk for the calcium and to help it heal. We don’t drink a ton of milk, so I purchased these to supplement more calcium. Hopefully they’ll help. Shipping took far longer and he’s almost ready to get the cast off. That’s frustrating, but I will have him take them regardless.They taste great and are a nice gummy texture that do not stick to your teeth like some do.

Quality Vitamins for the Whole Family
I love that this option has all of the essential vitamins in it that I was looking for to build strong bones, teeth and immunity. I find it hard to find options that also have phosphorus but these do. The flavor is great, they do not stick to the teeth like others we have tried in the past. I give these to my kids with food at breakfast and then they brush their teeth after. My kids are 4, 9, and 14.Most companies recommend to take these consistently for a few months to notice a difference. So like anything these things take time to work. For us, this is a boost to our already healthy diets, so we all take one a day. It helps fill in dietary gaps or when the kids are going through growth spurts. All in all, we will continue to purchase these. No artificial food dyes, not little sugar bombshells to the teeth, natural raspberry flavor, budget friendly and serves the whole family.

I’m so picky with gummy flavors. I gotta control myself not to sit down for a movie and treat this like candy.
