I loved reading the story of Jordan Rubin and how he used SBOs to heal his debilitating issues with his gut. I got this product in hopes it would help me, and so far I have seen a difference in my digestion and sleep.

Great For Pets!
We use this product in the pill form but I wanted something to add to my dogs food. She is a 17lb westie so maybe a half pill worth would be good for her, but she will spit out pills no matter how I wrap them…so I decided to try this powder and it’s working out great.It comes with a tiny scoop that is about equal to one pill. I give her probably a 1/4 of that full because otherwise it seems like too much. She does not seem bothered at all by the taste. I add it to her meals twice a day and she licks her bowl clean. My dog eats freeze dried raw with a chicken/broth topper, and a spoon of pumpkin. I just mix it all up.Glad this product exists, it’s great for pets or if you wanted to add some to a smoothie or something like that.Thanks for reading my review

Not the best flavor
I’m sure this is a great product, because I do like all the Garden of Life supplements that I use. I hope it helps to provide the probiotics listed, but for me, it does have an unpleasant taste. It’s not so bad I can’t drink it, but probably won’t purchase a second container. But that’s just me. Others may not have any problem with it.

My intent was to add this to home-made ice cream to make a sort of frozen yogurt, since I don’t care for the tart yogurt taste of actual frozen yogurt. While this wasn’t the best product for that purpose, since it’s very green, it was extremely effective as a probiotic. I add it to water, it dissolves well, and I drink it plain. My stomach issues have been dramatically reduced by using this product. I would highly recommend this.

If You’re Searching for a Good Quality Probiotic, Keep Looking!
This was such a waste of money. I had high expectations because I’d heard lots of good about the Garden of Live brand. I was excited to see such a wide variety of strands, and even more interested in the idea that this would be easier for my body to absorb in liquid form. Unfortunately all this bottle amounted to was a bunch of wheat grass, dirt, and wasted money.I took two servings per day with 8oz of water as directed on the packaging for two weeks with zero results. As a lifelong sufferer of systematic candida, I KNOW my probiotics. I have taken many different strands with a variety of health benefits. Most come in capsule form–much easier to swallow, by the way. This, on the other hand, was like drinking a glass of dirt and grass!I’m not quite sure why various grasses and dirt came with this bottle, and most probiotics do not normally thrive or grow in such an environment. Probiotic strands are bacteria, not bugs! This formula did not even remotely dissolve in water, and drinking this made me gag almost every time. The taste wasn’t THAT bad, but it was nothing to call home about either. After two weeks with no noticeable results, I decided to test the efficacy by attempting to culture a teaspoon of what was in the container.I took several airtight jars, and placed one cup of milk in each one. I then added a teaspoon of each probiotic I owned, this product being one of them. After 24hrs, the other cultures were in varying degrees of thickness. Some were stronger than others, but this was the only probiotic that not only not grow, it MOLDED. I’m not sure why, but I’m assuming it has to do with the dirt/grass content. After that, I did not feel comfortable continuing it’s usage. I have since stopped and will not be purchasing the product again.I can’t speak for their capsules or other formula, but I can speak for this one. Don’t bother. There are so many other probiotic brands here on Amazon to choose from. I’ve had luck with pearls, and a few different bifidus strands. Jarrow’s seems to have pretty strong probiotics, but the best way to get them is naturally. Try culturing your own yogurt or kefir. You’ll get tens of billions of times more, and your body will be able to better absorb their benefits as well. Do you research, but leave this package of dirt out of the equation!
