Great supplement
I previously took 5,000 IU of Vitamin D and my doctor suggested I up the numbers as I got older. This seems to do well. They’re much smaller than my 5,000 IU pills, being a ‘pearl’ style pill. They go down easy and don’t really have a taste or aftertaste. They are soy free, dairy free, and gluten free, and non-GMO, which is pretty nice. Being made in the USA is also a big bonus for me. The price is right too.

Easy to Swallow
I have taken these Vitamin D the past month and have not had any issues. They are your typical gel caps and are easy to swallow.

So far so good
I usually take (2) 5,000 IU capsules so a single capsule simplifies things a bit. So far everything feels the same, I don’t notice any difference thus far, except for the pleasant aromatics of coconut every time you swallow one of these. The next time my lab tests roll around, I’ll chime back in to see if my vitamin D levels are stable.

Small, easy to swallow softgels
These Vitamin D softgels are small and easy to swallow. They are the same size as another brand of Vitamin D softgels I use. The are cloudier in color, whereas the other brand’s are more opaque. I like that these contain coconut oil, which probably contributes to the cloudy color. Overall, I’m happy with them.
