good
This product is what ginseng is supposed to be. It costs more but it is much better. We also bought another cheaper brand which did not measure up.

Good Quality Ginseng Powder
I have been taking ginseng of varying ages and qualities for more than 50 years. This is Good Quality Ginseng no fillers or additives. From 20 year old roots? I have no way to verify this scientifically but this has noticeably more pronounced results than the 6-7 year old product that supplies most of the commercial market. I mean results one would expect from good ginseng. Long gradually rising and declining effect. Pure, clear mental and spiritual uplift. Gentle emotional warming of the heart. Has the natural flavor of ginseng root. Either you like it or you don’t. It’s a powder. It doesn’t dissolve. I swirl mine around in a little warm water or tea and swallow it. I will buy this again.

Well worth the extra cost
Over the years I have used American Ginseng powder from various sources. The taste, aroma, and good feeling of this wild crafted product is quite superior to them. Standard cultivated American Ginseng is grown with an array of chemicals. My step mother-in-law who was native to the ginseng growing area of Wisconsin would wear a protective suit when she would spray her ginseng. Yes, this wild crafted product is more expensive per ounce, but worth it.

Not as potent as I am used to
I used to get ginseng powder in Korea, so I was curious to try this. Not nearly as potent as I hoped.

More plastic, Less Powder.
Holistic Bin barely added the Powder. I didn’t pay $19 for the plastic package.

The real deal
Tastes like genuine American ginseng. Effect is very good, even at lower doses.

Not powder, not worth the cost
I bought this for my mom because she wanted to make ginger tea and it ended up having hard chunks in the bag. It wasn’t really powder. It seems like they just put dried ginger in a blender and dumped it in the bag. I didn’t pay this much to have my mom possibly choke on these chunks when I expected it to be powder. It was disappointing that something at this price is made so poorly and without any consideration for the consumer.
