I have been buying this B12 a little over 3 months now and I can say it is by far my favorite in terms of quality and taste. Size is great and I’ve noticed a big difference in my energy levels since taking B12. I don’t typically eat enough proteins and this helps keep the disassociating at bay when I’m not getting enough protein in my diet. I work a long day and was feeling run down. I didn’t know if this would work but figured I would try. For me, I didn’t notice results for the first three or four days. I continued taking them but I wasn’t thinking about it too much. Sometime between week one and two I started to have all-day energy and I got my groove back. I have kept taking them and my energy level continues to be elevated. Not in a caffeinated, nervous sort of way but in a not falling asleep after lunch or work type of way. Also, I hate medicinal-tasting liquid medicine. This went down easy and was pleasant tasting. Maybe a little sweet. If there was a negative it would only be that I can only fill the dropper a third of the way so I take it in three mini drops. Not a real problem and no reason to remove a star. I am probably doing something not quite right but not big enough of a problem to spend time investigating. For me, this works and I will purchase it again.
