Need our zinc for immune function. These are fun to take but cost a little more. I’m always glad to have a supplement that is not a white capsule so I can tell them apart. Coppper is a good combo with zinc and B6 is one of my favorites for anxiety.

Only take on a full stomach
Please please please eat before. You will become extremely nauseous very very quickly if you don’t eat before. I can’t take up to 10 vitamins a day, it’s not just me. This one on the other hand… boy it will hit you FAST & VIOLENTLY. I think that’s just zinc in general.
