Amazing
This supplement helped with my mood, as well as sleep. It added stability to my period cycle, which I haven’t experienced before. Very affordable too. The pills are easy to swallow and the bottle is super cute. I’m a doctor myself, and I’d definitely recommend the product. People aren’t well aware about the benefits of the ingredients entailed in this bottle but a lot of my fellow colleagues who are also practicing doctors in the United States had good things to say about this! We loved that it’s affordable!

Noticing differences but not sure good or bad
I’m definitely noticing changes after taking this supplement but not sure for better or worse. First, I notice that urination has a strong, heavy smell, and darker color while taking these, similar to an infection, but no other infection symptoms are present. Also, while taking these, I noticed the menstrual cycle ended two days early. This never happens for me, if anything it’s usually the opposite case. Not sure what it means, but I am noticing changes so I’m waiting to see what happens. The capsules are a larger size capsule which I’m not overly fond of, but I can swallow them fine. I haven’t noticed any increase in energy or overall sense of well being since taking them, either. I also haven’t noticed any any other negative effects though, aside from first mentioned in this review. If I knew someone who wanted help conceiving or who was having difficulties with their cycle, and they didn’t struggle with UTI, I would recommend they give these a try. I would be cautious who I recommend these to, though because the changes I’ve noticed are pretty drastic.

I don’t want to give these pills the lowest review possible, because they may work for some people, but they don’t work for me. First off, the pills are huge and you’re supposed to take 2 a day. I haven’t noticed any added benefits since taking them. In terms of fertility, I’m still not pregnant, so I don’t think it’s helped much there either 😅

Mild, easy to take
I had no issues swallowing these. No flavor to speak and I didn’t have any stomach upset afterwards. I generally take my vitamins shortly before bed. I was very pleased with the inclusion of probiotics. At $1 per serving, it is a pricier vitamin.

Prenatal with melatonin?
Maybe I’m just uninformed in this area, but since when was melatonin something you find in a prenatal vitamin? I’ve been taking prenatals for nearly 20 years and I don’t think I’ve ever had one with melatonin in it. How is something supposed to “help combat fatigue” as this claims to, while containing something known to aid in restfulness and sleep? I could be confused, but I don’t think this is the prenatal for me because of the inclusion of melatonin. The other ingredients look great, so I’m still going to give it 4 stars, but I will not be continuing to use it.
