I have been taking this for about a year. Noticable improvement in sex drive and regularity with bowel movements. Ran out recentely and didnt re-purchase for about a month and noticed a decline in both the above. re purchased and notice a positive difference within 2 days. Works for me and will keep using.

lots of dreams again
I used to dream a lot as a teenager. Just the same normal random incoherent dreams like everyone else, but I dreamed a /lot/.When I started on MSM, I started dreaming again for the first two or three weeks of it. 1 gram of MSM daily was enough to give me the dreaming effects, but it tapered off quickly. (Apparently the body rebounds from ingested substances easily.) I tried increasing my dosage of MSM to 3 grams daily, but it didn’t bring the dreaming back.Many health influencers online will tell you amazing things about Shilajit, but nobody told me that it would make me start dreaming again. I’ve noticed an increase in my awareness and vitality during the past week as well, but the dreams took me by surprise.Shilajit contains Fulvic and Humic acids. These two acids are chelators, tiny molecules that can mop up toxins and escort them out of the body for excretion. (I’m admittedly only halfway through the relevant podcast on Ben Greenfield’s show, so I’m sure there’s more to be said about Shilajit.)My question is, how did I get all these toxins in my body? I thought I lived a pretty toxin-free life.Again, note that I’m also taking Shilajit with many other supplements, namely including MSM. MSM is another chelator, and anecdotally MSM increases dreaming in most users. I’m also eating a whole-food plant-based diet with moderate exercise.If you’re looking for more chelators, I also like Alpha Lipoic Acid, but you should take Alpha Lipoic Acid four times a day (one capsule with each meal, and once before bed) for the first three days of using it, then you can reduce your dosage to one capsule a day. Alpha Lipoic Acid is a weak chelator, so it has a half life of four to six hours. When Alpha Lipoic Acid degrades, it will just drop the chelated toxins wherever it left them, so you need a constant supply of Alpha Lipoic Acid in order to keep the chelated toxins chelated.

First, I just want to say this company, Double Wood, has earned both my respect and loyalty. Their products are quality. I’m not being paid squat to write this review. I am also battling severe Major Depressive Disorder with anhedonia. I’ve not been in a friendly mood, lately. So, if I took time to sing praises for a company, you can be sure it’s because they have solidly earned it. I have ordered many supplements from this company, some which were effective and some which were a miss, not because they didn’t work but because they weren’t the right one for my condition. All of them came on time, bottles and capsules intact and not expired.** No supplement is a substitute for professional treatment. That’s why they’re called “supplements”. As long as you have cleared it with your doctor to rule out any possible interactions, they make a useful addition to a treatment. The med I’m on doesn’t interact with anything. **Onto the Shilajit:Shilajit isn’t a miracle supplement. I didn’t expect it be. However, it did exceed my expectations. I got my libido back. I can kinda feel emotions and cry but I’m not 100%. Still numb and exhausted most of the time but, with rest and healthier eating, this supplement helps, at least, a small amount. My doctor has me on another off-label medicine. It’s doing what it can but it’s not enough on its own. This is common.I am definitely going to order more of this supplement as it helps with no unpleasant side effects.

I’ve been researching shilajit for a while now. This is the one I went with, and have been taking for a month now – results are not instant, but noticeable after roughly 2 weeks.On the official product page, they have third party official lab results, which you don’t see on many products – so a big positive.Every study I’ve read shows it should:Have an earthy smell: check.Be dark brown in colour: check.Have 15-20% fulvic acid: 20% check.Have a dosage of at least 250-500mg: 1000mg check.Based on the research, it’s the real deal.Now personally, I’ve definitely noticed a strength increase with this product, and a slight improvement in muscle recovery time. Can’t say too much about supposed energy improvements as I take other supplements as well, but as I started adding this on top of everything else, I can say strength increase is noticeable and can be attributed to this product.
