These are great supplement capsules that are easy to take not to mention they have some good natural ingredients in them. You could definitely open these capsules and place the inside contents into a healthy juice you have juiced or a smoothie. Correct amount in bottle, not sticking together, easy to swallow
As the title suggests, these arrived with the correct number in the bottle. The capsules were not stuck together, as some others have been. They are standard capsule size and are easy to swallow.As I don’t own a laboratory, I can’t attest to the accuracy of their content claims. I also cannot tell you if they work at this time. It has not been long enough and frankly, each supplement will impact each person differently, so what works for me, might not work for you. It’s best to approach the use of any new supplement, with an open unbiased mindset.I will report back only if I experience no effect or adverse effects.

Berberine has helped me in the past, but unsure about brand
Berberine was first recommended to me by my doctor as a means of managing my cholesterol. It was actually pretty effective. I used the brand they sell at the office for a few years, but have been looking around for more economical suppliers. The overall nutritional profile looks pretty good on this, but I’m skeptical about the brand, its sources, and its claimed certifications, from my own personal research. That being said, I’ve not had any unwanted issues with the capsules in the past month of taking them, but I can’t vouch for their effectiveness either. I recommend people do their own research, and tend to stick to domestically manufactured products with real GMP certifications.

Good mix of ingredients for maintaining blood sugar levels
I have been taking Berberine for a few months now to help with blood sugar levels. My A1C has been hovering around 5.6 and I am trying to keep it from creeping up into the prediabetic range. I also have osteoarthritis in my knees and have been taking other supplements to try to reduce inflammation, so when this product came along with ingredients that could be helpful with both issues, I was eager to try it. I haven’t noticed any negative side effects from it so far, and the product seems of high quality. The capsules were all loose and not stuck together as I have seen with some other supplements I have purchased, and there were no foul odors. It’s too early to tell how effective it is, but I am hopeful that it will help maintain my A1C below prediabetic levels and maybe help with the osteoarthritis pain in my knees. So far so good though.

I use berberine and a variety of other actors to control my glucose. This particular product contains the main components I prefer in berberine supplement with the cinnamon and chromium pic. Many of the other ingredients are beneficial for the cause and the rest really turn this into a super metabolic multivitamin. Good stuff, professionally produced and presented.
