Almost immediately noticed a difference.
I’m one of those people who’s always perpetually tired. I stay up late and get up early. I’m also not one to take supplements, but I figured I’d give this a try. To my surprise, after about 30mins of taking this, I felt it kick in. I felt more energetic and more alert. The sluggish feeling was gone and my day seemed to go by quicker. I took this for about a week straight and felt great. I’m terrible at remembering to take meds and eventually started forgetting to take this. I recently started taking it again and can definitely say that I feel a lot better when I do take this. This stuff really works.

Good ingredients – Little Improvement
Upon receiving, the bottle had nice appeal to it and it was properly sealed. The pills are about the length of a quarter but easy to swallow. I experienced zero aftertaste. In regards to actual supplement, I’ve been taking them for a few weeks now and unfortunately have not experienced much improvement, of any kind. No side effects so that’s a plus but was hoping for more results. The blend of ingredients is a nice variety of well known supplements that should improve your overall stamina, vitality, energy and performance but unfortunately did not work for me.

Picking up random bottles off the shelf of a store is probably not the best idea, no matter if it is cheapest or most expensive. Price tells you nothing about quality.This product is made by Menco (Men Company?) Labs. The name has shifted a bit, but the company has been around and is known in the industry. That helps establish some reliability and confidence that the company is not just an Amazon storefront for unknown products.Along with the FDA non-regulation of supplements, nothing is regulated about the products purity, consistency, or quality – or even the presence of impurities like lead. The gold standard for consumers who care is to see that the manufacturer has a third party laboratory test their output (what you eat!) for purity, impurity, consistency, and quality. This product does not have third party certification, but instead has a do-it-yourself product qualification recognized by the industry called GMP. Although not as good as third party cert, it provides you assurance that the company is paying attention to quality.

I Can Tell There’s A Difference
I’ve been taking these on some mornings to give me a boost when I’m expecting a longer and more stressful workday. I’ve also been taking them on occasion shortly before I work out and I can tell you that I do feel a difference during my workouts as I feel like I have more energy and stamina. Sixty tablets for about $12 seems like a pretty good deal to me as well.I’m a little picky about supplements I take for increased energy and stamina. Many seem like they’re really overpriced for the little bit of boost that you might get, and some seem kind of sketchy and downright dangerous. This particular one seems to alleviate both of those concerns.I feel this one has a reasonable ingredient list and getting 60 tablets for under $12 definitely doesn’t break the bank. As I’m powering through my workouts, I definitely feel like I have a boost of energy and stamina when I take these. I’d certainly consider getting more when the time comes.
