Great for overall skin care
I’ve used a lot of different types of mushroom extract supplements. This is my first experience with tremella mushroom extracts.Based on what I’ve read at reputable sources, tremella mushroom extract, also known as white fungus or snow ear, is best known for the potential for overall skin care benefits, likely due to their anti-oxidant properties. Tremella may also boost collagen production and play a role in anti-aging, which is a definite plus.These are capsules, which also contain sunflower oil, which contains omega-6 fatty acids, which can be good for the skin, hair, and bones.There are 120 capsules in the jar and taking 2 per day means that this will last two months, which I believe is very good: Recommended.

With supplements, it’s hard to review, because unless you own a lab or see an immediate effect (for better or for worse, which you’re probably not supposed feel either way), you’d have no way of knowing if they work. Lots of Tremella in each serving!
Beta-Glucans is known to support cardiovascular health and helps to regulate blood sugar levels. That said, it is included in a wide range of foods from cereals and yeasts apart from strictly mushrooms as the manufacturer would like for the reader to believe from its marketing materials. That said, it does contain 1500mg of Tremella mushroom per serving which is potent, to say the least. This mushroom is believed to have anti-aging properties and often used to supplement skincare products.Overall, it’s certainly not a bad deal, especially since it’s made in a GMP certified facility to be quite sure of its veracity altogether. Lovely product, but there are many value-driven alternatives if one were strictly in the market for beta-glucans. 5 out of 5 stars.

May take a while to cook in
2.12.25~ Alternated this for a week instead of my ginko biloba.If I miss a day of ginko my brain slows.The next day I take one & brain is a multitasking machine.After a week with Tremella this may need time to build.So I’ll keep trying but going back to popping Focus Factor ginko too.No such thing is too much brain power right?
