The quantity to price is awesome. The quality is noticeable. I feel better for taking them. I lost a daughter to a neurotubal birth defect due to a lack of folic acid. I researched folic acid and realized it’s lab made. It also can cause problems with your liver and kidneys. Folate is the natural version and this vitamin supplement contains enough to help stop neurotubal birth defects. I became pregnant a month after starting taking these. They are also kosher which is important to me. I highly recommend these vitamins. I was taking a major brand with DHA that did not help me and does not contain adaquate amounts of the vitamins needed. Freeda prenatal has some Choline that does the same for the brain development as DHA would. I’m sticking to natural and what helped us to become pregnant.

What I was expected
I was looking for halal prenatal and expected to last for couple of month. It is ideal who always forget to take multiple vitamins for a day, you just have 1 and done. Not too big like others and not weird smell.
