I had good results regarding the effects however due to the nutrient dense nature had to discontinue use because I gained six pounds after a few days of taking this. It worked wonders with balancing my hormones and could see immediate benefits in my hair, appetite suppression, overall health. There were no issues with taste or quality. Value was excellent however the weight gain was immediate despite having a reduced appetite.

I have been taking Vitamin D supplement for years. This one I returned , as it had a very strong foul odor when I opened the bottle. I never noticed an odor from vitamin D in the past.
