Works as intended
This supplement works as intended. It’s supposed to help elevate your vitamin d levels. Mine were very low and this helped increase my level in about 2 months. It’s a lower dose, so I was initially taking 2 of them every day and now I take 1 every other day.. The pills are tiny and easy to swallow. There is no after taste.

This is the only brand of vitamin D I buy. I’m sensitive to everything and have never had any problems with this. I also take their magnesium, which I love. It’s definitely a good quality vitamin for a good price.

D3 Easy to take and Important for health
Very happy and satisfied with this product. This D3 capsule is easy to swallow due to tiny, round softgel size (see my photo). Vitamin D3 is essential for overall health as well as specifically for bones and its effect on mood. Regarding effectiveness, the only real way to know if your body has the proper amount (neither less nor more than necessary and safe) is with a lab test. Mood may also be indicative but can be effected by other things. Saying that, it’s important to choose a D3 dosage right for you considering your present lab tested level of D3 via your doctor, the amount of D3 in your daily multi-vitamins, your amount of presence in sunlight daily, and dietary intake of D3 foods.
