I’m so glad I found this natural pre workout! I was skeptical at first with the cost, but after looking at the ingredients I couldn’t believe everything that was included! This can totally replace my other supplements (creatine, vitamin b12, vitamin d) plus boosted probiotics is an added bonus!The smell when I opened it was very, earthy, BUT don’t let that turn you off – the taste is actually good! I like that it tastes more natural without the chemical flavorings. They use beet root and cherry to give it a “wild blueberry” taste.Overall – it did its job, I had a great – energetic workout. I also love that it is vegan and keto friendly.I’ve been reading they will be introducing new flavors – so, excited to try them all.Recommend it – this is my go to pre workout now.

I love this pre work out, for one your not putting a tone of chemicals in your body but also this stuff works. It was one of those days that I was dreading on going to the gym, after I took this pre workout I was focused, energized and had a amazing pump. Definitely a must have.

Good pre-work out, lots of great vitamins and supplements. Taste is decent. Not super gritty. Needs more caffeine though. I’m just used to way more. I ended up giving this away because I have another brand I prefer more but this isn’t a bad option depending on what you’re looking for. It has a lot of nice added ingredients that most basic pre-workout drinks don’t have. Seems a little pricey but these things usually are.
