Pygeum has clinically been shown to decrease prostate size or swelling a little bit.It can be hard on your liver and kidneys though so if you have issues there be careful.Taking one on an empty stomach when I first wake up has definitely had some mild effects in the stated areas. I can recommend them and I’ll probably order another bottle when this one’s out.

Potent, But Tasty
Decided to try these pygeum gummies because I have an enlarged prostate and pygeum extract is said to be helpful with prostate health. Depending on which health website you look at, the daily recommended dosage is between 100 and 200 mg. These gummies are 500 mg each, so they are potent. Fortunately, there doesn’t seem to be any negative side effects with high dosages.The plastic safety seal on the cap was useless. I was able to remove the cap without tearing the plastic at all. The foil seal on the bottle was intact or else I would have had to throw the bottle away. I am glad I didn’t have to, because the gummies have a very pleasant orange scent and taste. The texture is not as chewy or sticky as gummie bear candy, which some people should appreciate.I would have given these pygeum gummies 5 stars if the plastic seal had been at all adequate.

Too early to tell, but if you have prostate issues anything is worth a try
I read about pygeum and the potential benefit for prostate health so I wanted to try these. They are pleasant to taste and not sticky like some other gummies. You only need one for 500 mg so the bottle is a 2 month supply, which I appreciate. Please note you are supposed to take it on an empty stomach so I have mine sitting next to my coffee maker so I take it first thing in the morning. The label does warn of possible transient GI upset, meaning it should pass after you get used to it. After my first use I didn’t have any GI upset.

Enjoyable flavor and consistency. Orange-flavored, bear-shaped. Very similar eating experience if you have had other VAITE gummies. Place a lot of value on men’s health supplementation, and consider pygeum a very worthwhile investment. Gotta praise the evocative artwork on the bottle, too.

I don’t know what Pygeum would taste like if it wasn’t in a delicious orangey gummy. They are sweetened with sorbitol, so no excess sugar to worry about. Pygeum gummies are vegan. Some of the label info is covered by an added label, but seems to be made in Illinois. Pygeum is from an African plum tree.

My brother wanted to try these. He says they taste OK, but he’s surprised that they are orange flavored, since he has read that the main ingredient is an extract from the bark of an African cherry tree. He was expecting it to be closer to cherry-flavored.He says it’s too soon to know if it’s had any effect yet, so I can’t confirm or deny any claims about that. But he’s happy, so far.
