I’ve been struggling with a number of health issues, and it was suggested that I take an idodine/selenium supplement. I like that this is a combined supplement, and doesn’t cause stomach upset.I’m taking a lot of supplements, so it’s hard for me to tell what it’s doing, but if you need this type of supplement, this is a good one.
