you save a little money by getting the 3 pack. The product does help with prostate issues like urgency which is why I use it, but you have to be careful when drinking lots of beer, coffee or soda.

When I was 36, I saw my doctor for a routine physical. At the time, he told me that my prostate was “full.” Being rather a novice at these things, I asked him what I could do abut it. He told me, “Have more sex.”Upon returning home to my wife, then about seven months pregnant with our first baby, she inquired as to how my appointment went. I related our family doctor’s prescription (hey, you can’t blame a guy for trying). I figured I should try something reputable and not just the cheapest saw palmetto I could find at the local pharmacy or online.I started on Super Beta Prostate (original formula) first, in early 2017, and after the first couple of months, I was convinced. I added it to my Amazon subscription, and never looked back. I get a full, steady flow, and am much more capable of fully emptying my bladder “in one go,” as it were, and my muscles (and every thing else) simply feel(s) more relaxed ’round the clock. I sleep through the night. No sudden urges (well, I do get them – I drink a lot of coffee during the day, and if I stay at my desk from lunch until I knock off for dinner, yes, I’ve got to go when I leave the office, but that’s not abnormal). I can get in the car and drive for 6 hours non-stop (with a travel mug of coffee next to me).At some point, Amazon advised that my regular formula was no longer available on subscription, so I switched to Super Beta Prostate P3 Advanced. Honestly, I don’t know if it works any differently than the original, though it still affords me the relief I seek.In conclusion, after having used some formulation of Super Beta Prostate continuously over the past three years, I would highly recommend it. Of course, everyone tolerates different things differently, and everyone responds to different things differently, so your results may vary. It took me probably 1-2 months to get any noticeable change in my situation. I have no problem tolerating the formulation of either product, in spite of my statin (which is really saying something, believe me). It’s not cheap, but it’s surely not snake oil. It works for me.

So Far So Good
I wanted to switch prostate supplements from a saw palmetto based blend to a beta sitosterol blend. So, I am not beginning from a zero baseline. So far I have experienced a slight improvement in my symptoms. I am encouraged. I will stay with it to see if I get the ultimate benefits.
