I’ve been using Nutricost Intra-Workout Powder (Pink Lemonade flavor) for a couple of weeks now, and I’m thoroughly impressed! First off, the flavor is refreshing and not overly sweet, making it super easy to sip throughout my workouts without getting tired of it. The Pink Lemonade flavor is by far one of the best I’ve tried in this category.It’s packed with 6g of BCAAs (Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine) in a 2:1:1 ratio, which is perfect for supporting muscle recovery, reducing muscle breakdown, and enhancing endurance. I’ve noticed a significant difference in my ability to push through longer, more intense workouts without feeling fatigued. Overall good product
The ingredient profile is pretty good, it actually tastes decent as well. I am trying to find products that don’t use sucralose, unfortunately, this one does. Although it’s not the worst thing ever, it would be cooler if we can start using more natural sweeteners. Aside from that, I only gave four stars for that, and also the fact that there are no other flavors

Perfect afternoon pick me up!
Usually have this in the afternoon when I get home from work. It has just enough caffeine to give you a boost, plus a nice profile of electrolytes and amino acids, and tastes good too. You could definitely use this intra workout, but I haven’t tried it that way, I have a different pre and post workout that I use. For an intra day boost though, you can’t go wrong.

Great value and effectiveness
Another great product from Nutricost! I wish this flavor (pink lemonade) was a bit more tart. Hard to tell it’s even any lemon flavor. I’ll buy again as soon as I’m out but may go back to the blue raspberry.
