Am in a program to be certified as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. When reading a book about signs and symptoms, a lot of my issues seemed to stem from a fatty acid deficiency. I bought this product to help me lose weight and while it didn’t seem to help in that way, it does offer eye support and my vision seems better. Note that it is very sweet naturally-no sweetener has been added. I’m glad to be able to get it here—it’s not available locally where I live.

OMG sweet
Can’t speak to the effects of the Black Currant extract since I first tried it yesterday. But OMG, this is abhorrently sweet. I couldn’t face 2 droppers straight again. So today I put it in my tea as a sweetener and skipped the honey. I’ve had different extracts that are glycerin based, but never this sweet. Not sure what the difference is. Glycerin apparently doesn’t have a glycemic index response, but this level of sweet makes me uncomfortable where my health is concerned. I’ll be looking for a different brand when this is done.
