I love the Mason Natural Brand.
My doctor recommended that I take a Vitamin E supplement because of some ongoing medical issues that I am going through. I searched out the Mason Natural brand because I am already a customer, and I trust them as a company. I have not been taking these long enough to experience a noticeable change of any kind, but there are a few reasons why I chose this supplement.First off, the amount of Vitamin E in this brand is higher than some of the other Vitamin E tablets out there. Second reason is since I am only taking 1 a day I got a 300 day supply for a great price. Most importantly is that I like Mason Naturals because of what they choose to put in their supplements, but I love Mason Naturals because of what they do not put in their vitamins. This is the first Mason product that I have found to contain soy, but they guarantee these capsules “contain no added Milk, Egg, Fish, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Wheat, or Crustacean Shellfish”. They leave out unnecessary junk that other companies add in for some reason, and I appreciate the more natural approach to making their line of supplements.My overall opinion of Mason Naturals is positive and I feel more comfortable buying from them than a lot of other brands on the market.

I went online and looked up the benefits for Vitamin E on the face. An some articles said it helped enhance acne scars, dark spots and moisturizing. I use this product directly on my face for those benefits. I’ve been using it for about a month, and I would rate 5 stars as a moisturizer, but 3 stars for enhancing dark spots and acne scars.
