Obviously, none of what I say is medical advice and everyone should speak with their doctor and also do their own research to come up with their own opinions with regard to supplements in general.After having been taking this as well as doing a deep dive into this and various other supplements and products produced by PRL I can pretty confidently say that these are a high quality product if you are needing calcium (with magnesium and an assortment of mushrooms added in).Now I will say that while researching coral calcium– it doesn’t seem to actually be superior to standard forms of calcium (calcium carbonate) and there seems to be lots of marketing going into promoting coral-type calcium as being better/more bioavailable etc. This certainly doesn’t seem to be the case from everything I’ve seen.Regardless, this is something I’ll likely keep taking (though not entirely sure I’ll get again due to cost). High quality, higher cost (with regard to rough overall cost) with not much definitive evidence showing that that cost is justified. What is in this, with regard to the mushrooms and the calcium/magnesium is good and will likely be good for you in any case. Vitamin D is important when taking calcium supplements so look into this if taking or considering taking calcium.

The cost-benefit analysis on this is really hard to do. On one hand, it’s only 33 cents per pill, so if you take one daily, that’s almost a year supply and goes down to $9.90 per month. On the other hand, it takes 3 capsules to meet the recommended dose, so that’s closer to a 100-day supply for $29.70 per month. It depends on how much you’re really needing to take. As far as effectiveness, I think it’s effective, but I really can’t tell just by how I’m feeling. It’ll take a much longer amount of time to determine the physiological effects this has on my body. If I haven’t updated this review, then it means the supplement works spectacularly and I could tell a measurable difference. Based solely on the ingredients, as long as they’re accurate and fully bioavailable, I’m going to guess I won’t be updating this review, but check back in a few months to see.

Magnesium Glycinate & Magnesium Taurate.
One thing I really like and appreciate about Premier labs products they are third-party tested and never include any unnecessary synthetic ingredients! synthetic forms of calcium can actually cause more issues than fix or support current ones. Coral calcium is a natural form and has many positive benefits.Magnesium acquired from coral is typically magnesium glycinate and magnesium taurate. Magnesium glycinate is great for cardiovascular, nerve, and muscle health and magnesium taurate is great for anxiety, stress, and sleep.Most magnesium is known to be hard for the body to absorb (being optimistic 20-40%) Both magnesium taurate (8.9% ) and magnesium glycinate (14.1%) are low in elemental magnesium, But have fairly high absorbability rates.
