Great for sensory seekers and hypermobility
My son’s OT recommended I get this to help him with sensory seeking and his hypermobility. She recommended he start his day on it and boy oh boy does it help. It seems like it wakes his brain and body up. I say it’s fun for the whole family because I often find myself balancing on it when I’m on the phone and my 2 year old loves it too. For a family of hypermobile sensory seekers this is the ticket!

I was In an accident that left me with a right ankle that the surgeon described as the bones looking like a puzzle. Well after 4 months of recouporating I’m in physical therapy. My therapist uses a more expensive board that only rocks back and forth. My new board moves in any direction you choose. I also am very happy with the size. It allows me to move my foot in different positions to really streach it out.

Pretty shade of blue and seems well made
Bought to help increase rom after breaking both leg bones at ankle and having surgery, with plate and 9 screws put in. I use it on carpet by a banister to hold onto as needed for balance. I think it is helping. The grandkids like to play on it too.

Good Balance Board, Just not for singing purposes!
As a singing teacher using this board in lessons with my students, I found that it was too hard for most to balance on while singing. I am sure that for other purposes (i.e. exercise) it is fantastic. I ended up buying a rectangular board with two rocking pieces which was a better fit for my situation. Good quality product though!
