The product is not moldy
I read reviews of everyone saying their multivitamin was turning moldy. I noticed similar coloration in my multivitamin after a few weeks so I reached out to product support. This was their email back (hope it’s helpful for some):Thank you for reaching out to Pure For You Support.We completely understand your concern about the black spots you’re seeing. Please rest assured that the speckling you’re noticing is not mold, but rather a characteristic of the O.N.E. Multivitamin. This multivitamin contains methylcobalamin, which is naturally darker in color and can cause the speckled appearance, ranging from light pink to dark red.In addition, the smallest amount of moisture such as from freshly washed hands can trigger the B12 to bloom, leading to more pronounced spots. This is a normal process for this product. Pure Encapsulations uses only the highest quality raw materials and avoids unnecessary additives, binders, or colors.We also include a desiccant in each bottle to manage moisture levels, but once the seal is broken, the product may absorb moisture over time, even if stored properly. Great multivitamin
All the supplements I take are from Pure Encapsulations. They are one of the best in the supplements market. The multivitamin covers the suggested daily vitamins one should take. I will continue to order from this company.

Terrible taste, it’s worse than I expected 😪.
These work great but taste and smell is almost unbearable. I almost throw up each morning after taking these, there so nasty. It will make your pee neon yellow and smell incredibly bad but the benefits are all there. These do give you a boost in the morning if you can keep it down. I’ll recommend this product but be forewarned about taste and smell. Try a strong flavored fruit juice like grape or cranberry juice to take them so taste isn’t so bad. I’m not a coffee drinker but it would work to. You’ve been warned ⚠️.

Pretty good!
These were recommended to me by a family member, as most of the vitamins are methylated, non-gmo, etc… other than being just a bit on the pricey side (and really, only a bit), my only gripe is that the amount of B12 in here can make me feel a little WILD sometimes lol. I noticed that the % of the recommended daily value was over 20,000 %. Albeit, I do notice slightly sharper cognitive function and higher energy levels (my guess from the massive dosage of B12, not complaining!), I question the ultra high levels of B12 in this supplement. I just objectively want to know, what’s the point? I make these statements and ask these questions as a layman. I think this is a great supplement otherwise! Best I’ve used so far, I feel pretty good! I noticed some people left reviews about the smell and taste, and while I’m not a fan myself, I also recognize that I’m not quite after the gourmet meal experience when taking supplements.. but I digress. If you’re looking for a good, natural supplement in a world where almost everything we ingest ends up being harmful, I say go for these!
