Great for home workouts
This bench is great for home gym. It’s not too bulky but offers 10 backrest positions, 3 seat positions, 3 leg positions, and 3 head positions. 90-degree back pad position ensures a better shoulder press experience. Headrest is detachable. Ideal for bench press and upper body workouts. Easy to use, adjustable. Very sturdy and comfortable.

Very sturdy and easy to adjust, assembled easily
This took a bit of assembly, but the instructions were quite good and I did it easily by myself. The adjustments work well, and the bench is sturdy and reasonably well made. One part was welded slightly crooked, but it has not affected the use of the bench nor its stability – it’s just a minor cosmetic issue that I didn’t feel was worth sending back the whole thing for.

Good size and sturdy. Adjustable feet which I love. It’s hard to move around which is good and bad. I give it 4.9 out of 5 because it’s not easily maneuverable. Easy to put together

Sturdy and versatile, good general-purpose bench for the cost. My wishlist would be:1 – quick releases to install/remove/adjust the headrest2 – height adjustment3 – greater decline tilt range4 – adjustable leg brace

Looks to be a heavy duty piece of kit and was easy to assemble. Used it a few times so far and fits the bill perfectly. Two issues with it however, it doesn’t fold up quite as small as I thought it would and it arrived with a little package damage from the factory. The seat pad was dented and marked with polystyrene that was packed between the frame and the underside of the seat pad. Trying to contact company for a replacement seat but had no success so far. I will update if a solution is found.

Outstanding bit of kit,well made and only a few easy steps for assembly.This thing is built to take punishment and for the price I was surprised it was so good..if you want a bench get this,you won’t be disappointed.Easily folds and tucks away no problem.Happy training !

Good space saving folding bench, ideal for dumbbell use and limited indoor space.Bought for extra strength in horizontal position, but no way would I trust it with 400lbs… let alone 800lbs.The level adjustment knobs on my bench feet are extremely hard to adjust and they slip on hard floors, so had to modify them with stick on rubber pads.Foam padding averages 30mm on top of a (flimsy) 10mm board, which wouldn’t go anywhere near supporting the weight limit!If you have plenty of space and you lift heavy, buy a non folding bench instead.At this price a carry handle or strap would have been nice add on.Sturdy for use with dumbbells so far, with good adjustability and reasonable comfort, which is ideal for me. Hence 4 stars.

Nice cheap bench, foot pad bar a little flimsy but otherwise pretty solid. Adjustable feet are a welcome touch but could do with maybe a bit more padding
