Interesting Prostate Supplement
Over the past couple of years I’ve tried various Prostrate Supplements with most being ineffective or having some sort of unpleasant side effect. So far I have not experienced any adverse effects taking this product, which is big plus for me, since I tend to be sensitive to new supplements. I did notice that I was not getting up nearly as much at night to use the bathroom. I’m hopeful that some of the other touted benefits will kick in as I get more of this into my system. So far, I’m happy with it.

This is a good saw palmetto complex that also delivers pumpkin seed extract, zinc and stinging nettle, all of which I believe contribute to good prostate health. Recommended dose is two capsules and this bottle contains 60 capsules, a thirty-day supply. As for freshness, I received a bottle with a “best by” date nearly a year away.

I need this to avoid having to urinate at night, while sleeping. I have a 32 ounce container of yogurt to take these with and I can receive some calcium, too.
