I use this for immune boosting, using vitamin C, D, black elderberry syrup, zinc and magnesium and more. I have used this to stop viruses of ALL types for a year now. Before I was taking the ingredients separately but decided I wanted a liquid that combined several. Trace Minerals is a great company.
