Great mat, protects the floor
Good grip and I like that its 2 pieces, not just one huge mat. Easy to pick up and set when we move the bike. It has some good grip strength and does exactly what it needs to do to protect the floor. This enough but not so thick that the bike rocks back and forth. Good buy for the money

Nice mats to protect carpet and hardwood floors
I got these for my Total Gym. I have been using my Total Gym on carpet in the room where I am currently staying while I care for my parents who have health issues. I do not sweat on my Total Gym, so I wasn’t looking to cover the entire carpet, but I did want to protect the carpet from the two ends of the Total Gym that are leaving indents in the carpet.These mats are the perfect size – both width and depth — to protect the carpet. They are not very thick, but they work. I do not notice any odor. There may have been a slight odor when I first took them out, but nothing now. For the price (less than $22 at the time of this review) is good for these mats.

Not for carpeted surfaces
I purchased these for a carpeted area for my workout bench. They came all rolled up and were much lighter than I expected. When I unrolled them they seemed thin and flimsier than I hoped. The material is grippy and perfect for a solid surface to keep equipment from sliding and protecting the surface. I will still use it for my carpeted area, but I suspect it won’t mitigate indentation on the carpet. I hope the feet on my bench won’t stretch and eventually cut these mats. Will update any changes. I will say they are a great price for these mats.

Very thin, but has good grip.
I just bought a new portable air-conditioner for my bedroom, and it’s really loud. The thing sounds like a truck is in my bedroom. I bought insulated hose for better soundproofing, sadly it’s still loud as heck. I seen this mat and thought it might help with vibration going through the floor to neighbors apartment. I got the smallest size. It’s very thin, but it states the size in details. I pictured a thicker mat, because it was for workout machinery. It may help with vibration, but I don’t think it will help much for sound. It has a flexible rubber feel to it. I do think it would be keep a mini step machine from moving, and a bit of vibration. It does keep my loud air-conditioner from rolling around. The price is high for what you get, honestly. It was shipped extremely fast, though. I will probably use it for a non-slip mat, instead of the reason I got it for. That’s ok, too.

no more constant re-adjustments!
I have one of those seated elliptical machines, and the flooring in my home is wood. The machine tended to move after a few minutes of use, prompting me to stop and re-adust its placement. It was annoying! Now, with this mat, I can exercise as much as I want with as great a resistance as I want, and the elliptical doesn’t move! It’s wonderful!

Such as this non-slip mat. It is the perfect size mat for my stepper and it is well made. I like its compact size, that it is not cumbersome, and how its texturized surface absorbs shocks and protects my hardwood floors. Plus, it is so easy to clean.

still slippery
While the description said it is anti-slip, these two pads did not work for us. We used it with a smaller under desk type bicycle. We tried different orientations of the pad. First, we tried it with one pad under the front and the back. The unit still moved. Next, we tried it with the two pads side-by-side front to back. Still moved. We even tried putting one end of the pads under the chair we were using. Even then, the bicycle still slipped.We ended up getting something else.
