When my large-breed puppy was under 6 months old, he couldn’t eat the large-breed puppy food yet, because the kibble pieces were too big for his mouth. The vet recommended adding this and omega-3 oil and calcium to regular puppy food. She later recommended this form of vitamin c plus omega-3 oils for my aging dogs to help with joint pain. I open a capsule and sprinkle 1/3 in each dog’s bowl. They are uninterested in the plain kibble. But add this and a tsp omega oil and they dive in like I’d offered up a steak dinner.

I have to take my vitamin C at night, with my collagen and hyaluronic acid. My skin is definitely noticing the difference!*Some medications actually interact with vitamin C and therefore when you need to take your medicine in the morning you need to take your vitamin C at night so be careful.My doctor didn’t even know this I had to look it up on my own.

Does not aggravate acid reflux
I have a constant battle with acid reflux, one that is not helped by PPI’s or acid reducers, which is fine with me because I am concerned about the side effects of both those medications. I do fine if I watch my diet AND my supplements.Forest Leaf has been the best Liposomal Vitamin C for me in that regard. No stomach upset, no acid tastes. I can get the immune boost I need without worrying it will precipitate reflux. Also, the price is reasonable for such a high quality product with a well designed label.
