Not really sure what this does or if it works, but it has a tolerable taste and I didn’t notice any negative effects (gastrointestinal or otherwise). It claims to help with lung health and I won’t confirm or deny that because one internet rando’s experience doesn’t equal a scientific study, but hey, not bad. I’ve always had good experiences with this company, so that’s definitely a positive.

Not bad mixed into hot tea
I suffer relentless allergy/sinus issues year round and take multiple meds/supplements daily to keep the symptoms tolerable. I hate taking meds and lean on supplements as much as possible. On that same note, I prefer to grow or forage my own herbs and botanicals for teas, tinctures, and salves, but I have not been able to source mullein locally in a few years. I was given the oppurtunity to try out this mullein powder and was very intrigued, but I’m also very skeptical of online herb suppliers. I did a bit of reading up on this company and they come pretty highly recommended. I’ve not been using this powder for long, and we are in our peak allergy season here in south Louisiana, so I can’t tell if it’s helping me any just yet or not. I tried mixing in water, but it’s not very good. Definitely an acquired taste. I much prefer to mix it into my hot teas. It dissolves fairly well and the taste is a lot less noticeable. Only time will tell as to whether this is going to help alleviate my allergy/sinus issues.
