Perfect for a great home workout!
I gifted this to myself for Christmas this year and couldn’t be happier! Not only is this great for step aerobics, but when the height booster is in place, it’s a perfect elevation for other workouts. The adjustable back is great for working out the chest and arms. You can use dumbbells or bands, and if you do decide to use bands, there are little grooves to hold the bands in place. What’s a huge plus is the storage area where you can store your bands and/or small dumbells. After my workout, I break it down (take it to its lowest height) and slide it under my bed.

Great for a smaller space or something that needs to be moved around. Love the extra storage space. Short in height and length though. I’m 5’7” and I can’t fit my feet on it with me knees bent. But I still love it. Perfect for the area I need it in.

Very Impressed!
This product is made of good quality materials. Its very sturdy and of medium-to-heavy weight (refer to details in description for exact weight ). Perfect size for a small space gym. They give you one medium starter resistance band that wasn’t effective for me in all the workout positions). But, you can always buy more that suits your needs. The price was much cheaper than their big named brand competitor, so was glad this design was not exclusive to just one company! Glad I finally decided to buy it!

Love this bench!
I use this for almost all my workouts from chest press to hip thrusts and bulgarian lunges. I even use it just for cardio! It’s super light, can easily be stored standing on end or as is. Like the storage in the middle as well for my bands, and hand weights. Great value for the price!

Easy to use and move to different positions. Very well made and functional. Does not take up a lot of space. For home workouts its a best buy. Not sure if it would be comfortable for a larger individual (man). I’m 5’1 and 150 lbs and I am very comfortable not sure if I were bigger size if I would be able to use it to the same capacity the bench is not big at all.

Great little workout bench
Really like the color and the adaptability! My husband was surprised he even enjoys this too! So nice to sleep in some days and skip the gym and get a decent workout at home in. Only wish if the slots would lock the upright position for security. Certain resistance moves unrealistic due to seat moving.

Please don’t let the overtly bright yellow deter you …. this little guy is a great add to your home gym ..The bench seat is a tad smaller and my husband finds it too small in the incline position, but perfect in the full recliner .It’s versatile and allows for more motion with 3 settings of inclination. Dips and hip thirst also work great , but honestly it a bit stouter than standard and for taller person this is a issue, in any seated or supported squats.It is foldable , so it doubles as my step for aerobic exercise.Our kids also “exercises “ by using the foldable leg to incline and climb to jump off. So like I said versatile!The storage is nice especially if your gym is currently housed in your living room .Overall it’s a worth the money .

I love the perfect fit when stored under my IKEA Malm bed frame. Very easy to setup and use. Handles would’ve been appreciated on the feet to make it easier to extend them. This bench is also missing the anchor points on the bottom of the feet extensions that most others have. Still a great bench as there are always other ways to hit a certain area. Currently using with resistance bands & loops in combination with handles and a sturdy bar; very effective workouts!
