I love these handlebars to relieve my sore elbows
I’m a senior male who rides a racing bike on an indoor training device while racing others around the world using the Zwift app. My 90 minute hard rides while leaning on the brake hoods finally got to my elbows. I developed ‘golfers’ elbow (soreness on the insides of my elbows). I attached these raised handlebars to my drop handlebars and added other handlebar grips that I purchased separately. I love that I can now sit upright, taking pressure off my elbows. Two things to note: 1. It took me a few tries to determine how far to lean the upright handlebars towards me so that I could still reach my shift levers by the brakes. In this regard, I like that I ordered the handlebars that curve towards me rather than get the straight across bars. 2. My drop handlebars are oblong where I attached the upright bars. This handlebar set does come with different sized rubber spacers to accommodate different sized handlebars. But even though I used what I think are the proper spacers and tightened down the upright handlebars pretty darn tight, one of the handlebars sometimes shifts more towards me slightly when I’m holding them during an aggressive hill climb. But I can understand this happening because of my oblong handlebars. I just push it back into place after my ride. I’ll try tightening them down even further for my next ride. Bottom line: I love these upright handlebars because I think that they’ll help relieve my sore elbows.

So much easier on my back with my indoor bike! Tighten them well playing around with the spacers.
52 years old and these make my exercise bike much more pleasant to use and not hunched over hurting my back. They can move around a bit if you do not use the right size spaces and tighten well, but not a deal breaker and well worth it. It makes my indoor bike much more usable and can still go into racing mode hunched over if I want to! 😉

Game Changer for my Nordic Track!
These are a game changer for my Nordic Track s22i bike! I can ride in a normal position and they make it feel just like my Trek road bike. I wrapped my bars and they are so comfy. I didn’t use the grips.

A great addition
I have a Sunny T4400 treadmill, which is a great treadmill for basic walking exercise. The only problem I had with it was that the handgrips were a little short (low) for me. These extension handles work perfectly to raise the height a few inches, which will make the treadmill much easier to use. These extensions are very sturdy, were easy to install and come with a variety of rubber shim inserts which would make them work on bars of various sizes. Very pleased with the result. Highly recommended for similar situations.

What a game changer, this has greatly improved my cycling on my Nordictrac s22i. I just installed and try my 1st cycling workout and no more back pain. I’m older, so this is definitely worth getting. I purchased with the hand grips, which are very comfortable to hold onto. Just wish it was a little cheaper.
