Fasting glucose from 140 to 105!
Been on pills for over 10 years, always had fasting glucose between 130-150, since cutting pills to try this as recommended by a friend holy cow my fasting glucose has been 90-105 for a week now and without the side affects of runny you know what! This is my experience and only mine, but I can say for certain I’m taking this for now on.

Decent product
They taste good. Not too sticky. I don’t see that they have done much for me, but they haven’t hurt me, either. I have purchased them a couple of times to give them a good try, but not sure I will purchase them again.

Don’t seem to make a difference
As a diabetic, blood sugar regulation is very important, and these were pitched to me as supposed to help with blood sugar regulation. They taste good, but after you open them, within a day or two they go from being soft and chewy gummies to kind of hard and have no real chewiness anymore you get with a gummy.Honestly, there’s been zero noticable good difference in my blood sugar since I started taking them, not downward anyway. It crept up some while I started taking them with no change in diet really whatsoever, and my averages went up by 10 points when i was taking them for 3 weeks instead of going down at all. In the last week, I stopped taking them, and my blood sugar has gone back down, I don’t recommend them at all.

Quite Tasty, A Good Way to Get Your Berberine
I don’t usually take chewable supplements. I don’t have any aversion to, or issues with swallowing pills or capsules. But, I know many people do, particularly children and seniors. So, liquids and chewables definitely have their place. As I take berberine regularly for help with blood sugar control, I thought these Wiszeen Berberine Gummies might be good to try. These are vegan, which I appreciate. While I am not strictly vegan, I am vegetarian. I try to avoid animal products when practical and have since 1990. These gummies contain the berberine, and also a relatively small dose of cinnamon and milk thistle. The cinnamon I have taken before as a stand alone supplement. I find it often compounded with berberine. I have never taken milk thistle. That one is a little more unusual, and also purported to have blood sugar lowering effects, which is probably why many would be choosing this supplement. But, it does affect some enzyme activity in the liver, which in some people can cause higher or lower levels of certain medications in your blood. All that stuff is complicated to explain, but, with the milk thistle I’d do a quick bit of research and make sure your medications aren’t among those which can be affected. Several important ones are there, like osteoporosis and blood thinning drugs. Check the list. There have been a number of studies showing berberine to be similarly effective to metformin. But, it doesn’t appear to adversely affect exercise conditioning performance like metformin can. My wife and I both take the berberine to help stabilize our blood sugar. She is actually on meds for this, while thus far I am not. Does it help? Maybe. But, the effects are subtle. Still it’s movement in the right direction. This supplement, if taken at their label recommended dosage, provides 1500 mg of berberine in three gunmies. That’s three times my usual dose. It is in line with the amounts used to a positive effect in some studies, but, it’s more than I’m comfortable with at this time. So I’ll likely stick with one. I may do more research on this and decide to increase the dosage. The bottom line here, these are tasty and very easy to take. They come in a bottle with a child-resistant cap to keep little candy seekers out. But, vitamins, like all meds, should be well out of their reach anyway. You get a reasonable quantity of berberine in each gummie, 500 mg. So, taking one, two or three, it’s easy to choose your daily dosage. I’d check your meds compatibility with that milk thistle. But, these are reasonably priced and well done. I’d give them five stars.

A great way to take berberine!
Berberine in its natural form is very bitter but when it’s in these gummies, it’s delicious! The label says they are apple flavor but they taste more like a generic fruity gummy to me. Don’t get fooled into thinking this is a 3-month supply since it has 90 gummies, though. Each bottle will last about a month because the serving size is 3 gummies per day to get 1500mg of berberine.I also like that the gummies have cinnamon and milk thistle extract which, when combined with the berberine, are more effective. Even better is that the gummies are vegan and don’t contain any gelatin.Though there are no added sugars, the gummies still have 6 grams of carbs which will raise your blood glucose if you’re a diabetic. I also don’t like that they have added vegetable oil and wish they would have left that ingredient out. Otherwise, these gummies are a great way to get berberine.
