    These are great.
These vitamins have all the ingredients I was looking for in a prenatal. I didn’t want gelatin as an ingredient, so I like that these don’t contain any. I also like that these are swallowable rather than chewable gummies. My preference is to simply swallow the vitamins and be done with it. Personally, I do not want to have to chew and get those (sometimes not so great) fruity flavors in my mouth. Yes, these do have a fishy/vitamin smell and taste, but fortunately that does not bother me. It is something to be aware of for those who may be turned off by that though. That’s the thing about items like prenatals – it’s sooo subjective and for those that are pregnant, it may be even more hit or miss due to the pregnancy hormones (which, of course, are not within the mama’s control). I actually bought these to replace a gummy prenatal vitamin from another brand because I dreaded chewing the vitamins everyday due to their fruity chewiness, but these – totally fine (fishy/vitamin smell and all lol). One suggestion that I didn’t purposely discover, but it might be helpful to someone else, is taking these with juice (I tried grape juice) or peppermint tea. With the grape juice I noticed that there was still a subtle taste of the vitamins, so one must continue to drink more of the juice after the vitamin has been swallowed. However, the peppermint tea completely masked the smell and flavor for me. One thing I will note though is that if you burp after taking these vitamins, you will probably have fishy/vitamin smelling burps for the first several minutes after taking them even with the juice or peppermint tea hacks (the peppermint tea burps just end up smelling like peppermint with a hint of fish haha), it goes away after awhile though. Anyway, I would probably purchase these again because they essentially contain everything I desire, they seem like good quality, and they seem priced reasonably based on what I am willing to spend on a vitamin.

    Great vitamin, horrible taste
I got this vitamin because I have been trying to get pregnant, but am acne prone. The ingredients in this vitamin were perfect for me – no biotin or iodine, low d and b vitamins. But also with zinc, A, and omegas. You can really tell they have the fish oil in there too, that’s the only downside. Please find a way to fix this taste! Other vitamins usually make a flavored and scented coating or just a more protective coating in general. I gag as soon as these go in my mouth and have fishy burps hours later, not sure I will be able to push through once pregnant. Its really rough.

    I really like these prenatals
I really like these prenatals. This is my sixth baby, so I’ve been on my fair share of them. The price is wonderful(which matters much!), but the best thing I can say about them is that they seem to be really nourishing. My anecdotal evidence is as follows:When I began this pregnancy I was on a different prenatal. It was a RAW one from a company whose probiotics I’ve used and loved. But the oddest thing kept happening. Throughout the day and night I would get these freezing cold flashes. I would actually shiver. This is very atypical for me during pregnancy (and otherwise). Being very sensitive to hormones, I generally stay on the hot side when pregnant. And with this being my sixth baby, I’m alarmed when something non-ordinary-for-me happens. I was also EXTREMELY fatigued. More so than normal early pregnancy. Long story short, I began to suspect anemia. After a google search, and reading of reviews I settled on this prenatal. It arrived two days later (love PRIME!) and within a day and a half of starting these vitamins the freezing flashes went completely away and I could lift my head off the sofa. Also, my hair is growing like crazy and my nails are strong and thick. These are things I know to look for in my body with an effective prenatal. If you have severe morning sickness, you may be able to get these down. Please note, though, that you are to take 2 capsules, daily. There is a slight odor, but I find it do-able. I generally struggle with morning sickness pretty severe, all day for about 16 weeks. I am now 10 weeks and have been able to get these down (and keep them down) every day. I take them every night, right after dinner, as the suggested use is to take with a meal.I also like that these include DHA…super important!I hope this info is helpful. I know finding just the right vitamin can feel daunting!

    I like it
Months ago I asked my cosmetologist what kind of prenatal she recommend to take as I am on treatment for skin acne. She told me that I need to take mama’s select and since then I have take this before and after the pregnancy. The smell is very strong as fish but I think is for all the strong vitamins that contains. The capsule is very easy to swallow and I think makes me feel more strong during the day as you know the baby will eat the best from you.

    Fishy and Constipating
I really wanted to like these because they are a great price for a quality vitamin. I just couldn’t handle the fishy taste. I would burp it up later and it would make me gag. The iron is also way too high for me and made me ridiculously constipated. Unfortunately I am switching vitamins now that I finished the bottle.

    Smells BAD
I ran out of the prenatal and unfortunately they’re also out of stock, so I decided to buy this as this doesn’t have an ingredient that i am avoiding with my prenatal. I was able to use it for more than a week. I thought I can get pass the smell, but I am wrong. I am glad that my usual prenatal already stocked up. I am ditching this one, and purchased my regular.

    Fishy taste
A bit annoying you have to take two, many just have one pill and it is hard to take extra pills these days. On top of it, there is an unpleasant smell and taste and now an hour later and I am burping up the fishy taste. I wanted these because biotin is making me break out but I might have to live with a breakout because the taste is too much.
