I was looking for a supplement that had fenugreek and I stumbled upon this product. If you’ve done some research, you know the importance of fenugreek in one’s nutrition. Fenugreek has been consumed for hundreds of years and is considered a miracle nutrient. The fact that it comes with Maca root along with Ashwagandha is an added bonus. I have taken it for a few weeks now and I have noticed no side effects. I like the fact you don’t taste the fenugreek or the other ingredients because everything comes packed inside a capsule. I’m not sure if it’s the poor quality of the product or an authentic reaction, but something is not right with this product. I would not suggest this. I tried it two times and ended up discarding what I had not used. Waste of money.
