Christina Mortensen –
Easy informational read.
The first book I read regarding K, it’s a great read to start your understanding of how K works in the body.

Not a book!!
This is not a book , this is a pamphlet. It is just a brief overview of vitamin K1 and K2 .VERY Brief. It only took about 10 minutes to read and I was not reading at normal speed. It seems more of an advertisement for the ”expert’s” websites. There are much more informative books on this subject, though they cost more, they are worth the money.

The Rebecca Review –
mmmm….Creamed Spinach
Cint Fugua has written this book in a quirky style that makes the book entertaining. While reading you will learn the real reason Popeye was so strong after ingesting cans of spinach. It wasn’t the iron, but instead the Vitamin K. In this educational book you will find discussions about vampires, dandelions, Brussels sprouts, Netflix and cavemen. You will also learn a bit about calcifications that gets deposited in soft tissue. What does all this have to do with Vitamin K. You’ll see and you will be entertaining in the process. This book sure encouraged me to eat more spinach, preferably of the creamy kind.~The Rebecca Review

Well that was a waste of $
Well that was a waste of $.99. Good thing that’s all I paid for it. I think I knew more about vitamin K before I read this. Don’t waste your time or money. Read a book that’s worth something.

Very informative
Nicely written, humor not always placed properly, also quite a few typos for a short book !As I said, very informative.
Forward Thinker –
Witty but useless
This is not an in-depth discussion of the benefits of vitamin K. There are much more informative books that actually give reasons of why this vitamin is necessary for good health. Glad I didn’t spend money on this.
SAD –
Too much opinion , too little evidence
Besides spelling errors, this little essay is poorly written and appears to be totally his opinion. I don’t know any more than I did before I opened it.
