I avoid pharmaceuticals whenever possible. So based on some physical needs that I had I started doing some research on available potential remedies. I have not used this supplement before, yet have seen several variations of it available. After much research and study, I purchased three separate brands each containing slight variations in formulations. So far this one seems to be doing the best job. The pain is relieved quickly, though not totally. But time will tell it is greatly reduced. And some areas the pain has completely disappeared, all together. At this time I am testing dosages, I can get by on the minimal dose, so now checking the effectiveness of one pill every 12 hours. Overall satisfied with product.
