These helped me when I needed a boost for my immune system
These seemed to work well for me when I needed them most. They come in capsule form & are on the larger side but that’s fairly common for supplements. I ordered these when I was very sick & it seemed like my immune system was non existent. Thankfully they arrived quickly & I began taking them daily. They seemed to give my immune system the boost it needed & I started to feel better after a few days. I chose these bc elderberry had been recommended to me & that’s a main ingredient in these. All the other ingredients were bonuses as far as I was concerned. If you’re having trouble with your immune system talk to your dr to make sure you are able to take these then order them. Based on my experience I feel comfortable recommending them

Doesn’t work well for my allergies
Do not work as well as the immunity gummies I had been taking. I like the ingredients in this but what I was taking was keeping my allergy symptoms at bay. Not so much with these since I switched. They help a little but not enough. At least I haven’t gotten sick so there is that.

I got these because I had a cold but, unfortunately, that meant the first three days of my cold I still didn’t have the bottle yet. When I did get these supplements, I began taking three per day. My cold lasted ten days. I do tend to be ill longer than most people, but these ingredients are probably most effective if you don’t wait for the virus to replicate much before taking them.When you open the bottle, there is the faint scent of echinacea, which is, unfortunately, not the most pleasant smell. The Potawatomi tribe had a name for echinacea that means “smells like muskrat scent.” However, it’s easy to ignore, and the ingredients listed on the bottle are an ideal blend to get rid of colds and similar illnesses.Betaglucan may boost the immune system, though it’s more commonly used to reduce cholesterol. Echinacea is more often used to treat a common cold, since there are studies indicating it may help boost immunity. However, even those studies show that it is important to take the echinacea the first few days of a cold, which, unfortunately, I didn’t yet have this supplement for that. Elderberry also has vitamins and antioxidants (such as vitamin C and flavanoids) that help boost the immune system. One of these capsules also contains half your recommended daily value of vitamin C. Propolis is produced by bees and also acts to heal wounds and fight infections. Propolis contains vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, and E, as well as minerals like magnesium, calcium, potassium, sodium, copper, zinc, manganese, and iron. Still, I was surprised and disappointed that zinc was not included as a separate mineral, since propolis doesn’t tend to contain much, and these capsules are for boosting immunity.Anyway, I’m not sure where they are storing the bottles, but mine also arrived a bit dirty around the label. If these capsules truly do contain the ingredients that they list, however, it still ranks four stars.
